You have 14 days to notify us if you want to cancel the order or exchange the item.

All items should be in original packaging and be unused in order for us to action the refund. Damaged items cannot be returned.

We include all the necessary returns documents in each package. Use the returns label and the returns document in order to return an item.

After the returned items have been checked, the total amount will be reimbursed to you through the same payment method that you used for the purchase.
